What should I get engraved on my boyfriends birthday gift?

My boyfriend and I have been dating for 3 months and for his birthday I’ve decided to get him a simple man-style locket, but now I’m not sure what to get engraved on it to make it more personal. I want something creative and sweet but I can’t think of anything, can you help me??

Don’t get him that. He might pretend to like it to be nice, but no guy really wants that. In fact, he’ll hate it probably, on the inside. And on top of that, he’ll feel guilty for hating it cuz at the same time he’ll still really appreciate the thought.
Spend your money on something that truly will make him happy. You’re just throwing money out the window with the locket idea. Lockets are kinda ugly anyway… pretty much all of them.
Take him out to dinner and kiss him really xtra good. He will like that a thousand times more.
