Where can I find the best scented candles, but not that expensive?

Hi! we’re doing a gift exchange at work, the person I got would like scented candles or gift cards to Target and Michael’s, we all had to write 3 things we would like – $30 value. Anyhow, I thought of getting the candles along with a giftcard as well, but where do I get some nice scented candles? I don’t think I should just pick up some “Glade” scented candles from Target, right? Does Bath and Body have any? Any suggestion would be great, and…….thank you!! =)

The dollar store…they smell good and dont cost more than a dollar..
I LOVE WoodWick candles from Hallmark. They’re kinda expensive but they smell great. I think you can get a small one for about ten dollars.
You can get some at WalMart, or if you want to buy more than one to to the Dollartree store, their scented candles there are good and makes a great gift especially if giving a gift card also
You usually can’t get the best cheap, but Yankee Candle is one of the best and not terribly expensive. They can be found at most malls.
Try IKEA – they have great candles – really cheap (though not $1).
you can get scented candles at Walmart they are less that $10 or $5 they have a variety of smells and sizes. They different shapes.
Actually the new Glade candels are the best scented candles I have smelled in awhile aside from those home interior candles thats people go around selling. The glade candle I purchased was ‘Angel Whispers’ and it filled the whole room with that scent and then some! Try it you never know!
Bath and Body Works may have some. I know they do in the fall but I don’t know about Christmas. I personally don’t think they smell that great though.
Hallmark sells Yankee Candles that are fairly inexpensive and come in holiday scents. Walmart has some really nice ones that aren’t terribly overpowering.
Stick with the Target idea – I was at ours here in Augusta Ga this past weekend and they had a great sale in their candle department! You could get a rustic looking basket and put several sizes of coordinating scents in it, along with a few pine cones or ornaments – it’ll be beautiful!!! Enjoy and God bless!
Wal mart has some really good smelling pumpkin scented ones. I just got some for Thanksgiving. Jar kind and votives.
Don’t buy candles from the dollar store, Target, or anywhere else cheap. What they do is when they make their candles, they only soak the top layer really well. So once you burn it to a certain point, it loses scent!!!
Woodwicks are cool (they crackle when you burn them), but they are a little pricey (but worth it).
My favorite is Yankee Candles. They soak their candles completely, and they are really fragrant all the way to the bottom! And there are hundreds of scents!
